Grade Point Average
Grades are assigned and recorded as follows:

Quality points are computed by multiplying the number of semester hours for which a completed course is offered times the value, i.e. a 3.0 hour course with a grade of A earns 12 points.
The grade point average is obtained by dividing the total number of quality points earned by the total number of semester hours.
