A&T Students Receive Scholarships
Greensboro, N.C. - Five North Carolina Agricultural and
Technical State University students received scholarships
at the 2003 African American Forum Global Diversity Symposium XI. The event was
held July 17-20, in Washington, D.C.
N.C. A&T National Association of Black
Accountants recipients of the Lloyd Trotter AAF Scholarship Program are
Ashleigh Brooker, finance major; Shanyce Campbell, economics major; and Racene
Johnson, accounting major.
The National Society of Black Engineers
recipients of the scholarship program are Tory L. Brown, electrical engineering
major and Edward E. Douglas, industrial/systems engineering major.
Two A&T alumni participated in the symposium,
Dimitri Stockton and Kaize Adams. Stockton, a 1986 accounting graduate
and CEO of GE Capital of Switzerland, was master of ceremonies for the ICON
Awards Luncheon and Adams, provided
the music.
