![]() North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University History Scholars and Living Life Through Literacy present The Justice League Meets the Buffalo Soldiers. The play will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, at The Greensboro Historical Museum, 130 Summit Ave. The production was written by Ernest Hooker, a N.C. A&T graduate student majoring in history and Jackie Sanders, a member of the Literacy Gumbo organization. "Our play is for children of all ages," said Hooker. "It is about a son who learns about the courage, pride and educational accomplishments of the buffalo soldiers and his relationship with his father who was a General in the U S army. The major lesson that he learns is to look beyond the medals and the uniform to understand his father’s service to his country." The cost of the play is $2.
