Dr. Kacie Blalock, an assistant professor of rehabilitation counseling in the department of human development and services in the School of Education at North Carolina A&T State University, has been awarded $500,000 long-term grant in Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment from the U.S. Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration. The purpose of the grant is to increase the number of trained rehabilitation counselors with certification in vocational evaluation and work adjustment available to state and other public nonprofit agencies involved in the rehabilitation of individuals with physical or mental disabilities. |
