GREENSBORO, N.C. - Thanks to the generosity of employees and retirees, North Carolina A&T State University exceeded its goal for the 2002 State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC). The university raised $121,227, that's $16, 227 above the $105,000 goal.

According to Linda R. Wilson, director of Sebastian Health Center and campaign chairperson, personal testimonies from employees who had benefited from services supported by the campaign helped tremendously. Students also participated in the campaign. The senior class donated $100.

Wilson said the goal could not have been reached without support from the university community.
Campaign co-chairs were Drs. Thurman Guy and Robert Mers.
