N.C. A&T’s Lyceum Series Presents “Come Croon with Me” featuring Jesse Hamilton Jr. and University Jazz Band

(Oct. 31, 2017) – The North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s Lyceum Series continues with, “Come Croon with Me,” featuring Jesse Hamilton Jr. and the N.C. A&T University Jazz Band under the direction of Mondre Moffett, at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 2, in Harrison Auditorium.   

Hamilton’s album, “Come Croon with Me,” is his latest release that features his signature vocal range “crooning” every genre from R&B to rock to jazz to gospel and classic hits. He brings a seasoned, yet fresh and youthful energy to the stage with each performance. 

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Hamilton was raised in a musical family. He attended Florida A&M University on a music scholarship and was selected to play the role of Simba in the “Festival of the Lion King” at Walt Disney World following graduation.  Hamilton’s musical abilities have captivated audiences all over the world, including a solo tour throughout Europe. 

Tickets are available for purchase at the A&T Ticket Office in Brown Hall or by calling 336-334-7749. A&T students are admitted free with a valid Aggie One card. A&T faculty and staff tickets are $5. General admission tickets are $15. Other college students are $5 with their school ID.
