NEAL CO-AUTHORS BOOK
Dr. Barbara O’Neal, an assistant professor in the masters of school administration at North Carolina A&T State University, recently co-authored a book chapter titled Salient Factors Affecting Urban African American Students’ Achievement: Recommendations for Teachers, School Counselors and School Psychologist. The chapter appears in the recently published book African American Students in Urban Schools, edited by James L. Moore and Chance W. Lewis, Peter Lang Publishers.
