A&T MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TRANSFORMS ONE CONCENTRATION AND INTRODUCES ANOTHER
The School of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University, has updated one existing concentration in the Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree program and added a new one.
In the fall, the existing Transportation/Supply Chain Management curriculum will reemerge as the Supply Chain Systems concentration within the MSM degree program. This redesigned major will incorporate management information systems courses to more fully prepare graduates to design and manage global supply chain systems. In addition a new concentration in Accounting has been developed. These two concentrations will join Human Resources Management available from this graduate studies program. These concentrations represent those business areas growing in professional importance and career opportunities.
The MSM degree is a focused graduate, business degree that provides students with a thorough understanding of the basic business essentials of economics, accounting, finance and management followed by intense study in a business concentration.
The MSM program has modified its admission requirements. Applicants with an undergraduate grade point average of 3.30 or higher on a four-point system can be admitted without taking the GMAT or GRE examinations.
