N.C. A&T RECEIVES TOP 20 RANKING FOR AN ONLINE GRADUATE PROGRAM
The Department of Electronics, Computer, and Information Technology at North Carolina A&T State University, has been recognized as having one of the top online graduate information Technology programs by “U.S. News & World Report.”
The magazine has ranked N.C. A&T seventh in faculty credentials and training, 15th in student services and technology and 19th in student engagement for the master of science in information technology (MSIT). The program offers three different options for graduation – the thesis, coursework and project option.
“It’s suitable to students who are working full-time and those who want to get a promotion in their work place and those just out of their bachelor’s degree program,” graduate program director and assistant professor Rajeev Agrawal said.
The MSIT program is designed to prepare students to pursue technical, as well as management careers and to develop sound theoretical concepts with intensive “hands-on” experience.
