The International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) is committed to supporting the educational purpose and intent of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University by assuring that the University establishes and maintains its eligibility to recruit, admit, matriculate, graduate, and employ foreign nationals. The Office also reaches out to assure that international students, scholars and visitors are made aware of and become a part of the rich heritage and future of the University.
