Performance Management

The alignment and successful attainment of performance goals by leadership, faculty and staff with the strategic objectives of the University are essential for our success.  The Performance Management Program provides a mechanism for identifying individual performance goals, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating outcomes against established metrics.   All permanent University employees are evaluated annually related to performance.
