Comments:   Sorry I could not attend "The Greatest Homecoming on Earth" this year. I did watch it on the Net and that helped. The team will come back Aggies, have faith and keep up the support. The Machine was Great. Now everyone needs to go to the Honda web site and vote for them so they can be selected for the Honda Battle of the Bands. May the Pride live on!

Comments:   I am the mother of Anisah Rasheed- Miss NCA&T 2005-06. I am not an alumnus, but I am an Aggie Mom. A&T was the only school that Anisah wanted to attend and it was the only school that she sent an application to. It was definitely destiny for her to be here. As an involved Aggie parent my life has been enriched and blessed by the many friendships that have entered my life as a result of my interaction with the students, faculty, staff, and alumnus. There is not enough room here to name names but all of you know who you are. Also, there are no words to communicate my heartfelt thanks for all of the support this institution has given my daughter during her matriculation.I would encourage all parents of perspective or currnet A&T students to become involve in your child's college experience by supporting this institution anyway possible, via giving your time, your money, a kind word, and lending a helping hand. In reference to homecoming I experienced my first Aggie homecoming in 2003, and every year it is like attending a gigantic family reunion. To hear the melody of laughter, to witness the hugs of friendships, to experience all of the festivities is like a child going to Disney World for the first time. There just aren't any words to describe it. I now understand why people who attend A&T say "Aggie Born, Aggie Bread, and when I die I will be Aggie Dead. Aggie Pride. Valerie Rasheed-Dale

Comments:    I have have two stepsons who are freshmen at A&T this year.Because of this,I was able to attend homecoming.I must say that I was very impressed with everything.I do have one regret, and that is not being able to attend A&T or any HBC school.I was fortunate to obtain a full basketball scholarship so I had to go were it was free.Although I received my B.A in '87 and my M.A. in '88 ,I do feel like and have felt like for some time that I have missed out on something. Now that my sons attend there,I attend there.I claim you as my school. For Afican Americans it is very clear that A&T and other HBC schools can provide things that "other" schools cannot. Thank you for the experience, and I look foward to next year to be a part of something I missed in the past.
