Campus Enterprises 2023 Homecoming Updates

Parking Lot Closures*

Haley Hall (Lot 13)
A portion of Lot 13 – between Haley Hall and Campbell Hall will be closed for Homecoming activities on Sunday, Oct. 29 – Wednesday, Nov. 1. Vehicles must vacate this lot by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28.


Alternate parking for reserved and general permit holders may be accessible in Lot 38- Laurel Street, Lot 42- Obermeyer, and Lot A3-Truist Stadium.

War Memorial Stadium (Lot 65)
The Park and Ride location at War Memorial Stadium will be closed Monday, Oct. 30– Sunday, Nov. 5, for Aggie Fan Fest and will reopen on Monday, Nov. 6.

Alternate parking will be available at the Park and Ride Lot A4, near Bryan Fitness Center during the weekday. All vehicles must have a valid N.C. A&T parking permit to park on campus.

Williams Dining Hall and Alma Murrow Circle (Lot 1)
Parking lots located at Williams Dining Hall and Alma Murrow Circle (Lot 1), will close on Thursday, Nov. 2, at 6:00 p.m. in preparation for Homecoming activities. Vehicles not removed by the designated time are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Alternate parking for reserved and general permit holders may be accessible in Lot 16- Gibbs/McNair Hall and Lot 42- Obermeyer.

Laurel Street (Lot 38)
All cars must vacate Laurel Street (Lot 38) by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2. These spaces will be used for Homecoming activities. Vehicles not removed by the designated time are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Alternate Parking may be accessible at Lot 39- Alvin V. Blount Jr. Student Health Center, Lot 42-Obermeyer and Lot A3-Truist Stadium.

Obermeyer Deck
All vehicles must vacate Obermeyer Parking Deck by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3. Vehicles not removed by the designated time are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. The deck will be used for Special Homecoming Parking on Saturday, Nov. 4 at 5:30 a.m., $20.00 per vehicle.

Sockwell Hall Lot
All vehicles must vacate the Sockwell Hall Lot by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 3. Vehicles not removed by the designated time are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Midnight Closures
On Friday, Nov. 3, at 11:59 p.m. the following lots will be closed:
Lot 7 – Ward Hall
Lot 9 – Craig Hall
Lot 10 – DeHuguley Building
Lot 13 – General Classroom Building (GCB)
A3 & A4 – Truist Stadium
Lot 17 - Alumni-Foundation Event Center
Lot 22 - Student Center

Street Closures

Homecoming Parade

Murrow Blvd. North and Southbound from West Friendly Avenue to Fisher Avenue. Elm Street between Lindsay Street and Bessemer Avenue will be closed for the Homecoming Parade at 5 a.m. The parade will start at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, at East Lindsay Street/ Murrow Blvd.

Homecoming Football Game
The following streets will be closed Saturday, Nov. 4 from 6 a.m. – 9 p.m.:
Sullivan Street, from Benbow to Lindsay
Lindsay Street, from Murrow to Headquarters Drive

Meet Me at the Plots (Williams Dining Hall and Alma Murrow
Circle-Lot 1)*

  • University Circle at Dudley Street will be closed Saturday, Nov. 4 from 11 a.m. until 4 a.m.
  • University Circle at Bluford Street will be closed Saturday, Nov. 4 at 11 a.m.
  • Alma Morrow Circle at Nocho Street will be closed to traffic Friday, Nov. 3 at 6 p.m. – Sunday, Nov. 5, at 4 a.m. (only those who are loading in for Saturday, will be permitted into the area, and no parking will be permitted)
  • Nocho Street at Arthur Headen Drive will be closed Friday, Nov. 3 at 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, Nov. 3 at 4 a.m.
  • Market Street & Nocho Street Gate will remain locked Saturday, Nov. 4, at 4 a.m. - Sunday, Nov. 5

*No Vehicular Traffic will be allowed into the Plots Area

Game Day Shuttle Service
Shuttle services will be provided on Game Day. The stops are near Lot 12 (Dowdy Rear), Lot 17 (Alumni-Foundation Event Center), Parking Deck and Lot 42 (near the Deck).

Shuttle service will begin at 11:00 a.m., and the Courtesy Shuttle/Golf Cart service for persons with disabilities will start at 10:30 a.m. Both services will run until 2 hours after the game ends.

Ticket Office Homecoming Schedule
Monday, Oct. 30, through Friday, Nov. 3

Regular operating hours at the Ticket Office: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m (Game Tickets and Tailgate spaces are Sold Out).

Saturday, Nov. 4 (Game Day - SOLD OUT)
Ticket booth on Sullivan Street will open at 8 a.m. for customer service inquiries (five hours before game time)

Aggie OneCard
All currently enrolled N.C. A&T students are required to have an Aggie OneCard to gain access to all events. All cards must have a clear photo ID. Faded, mutilated, or expired cards will not be accepted during Homecoming festivities. If card is damaged, a replacement card can be purchased at the Aggie OneCard Center. The replacement fee is $25 and accepted forms of payment are cash, credit/debit, or a charge to your campus account. The Aggie OneCard Center is located in the New Student Center, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In the event an Aggie OneCard is not available at the time of entry, students are highly encouraged to download the GET app, which tracks Aggie OneCard accounts and can serve as digital identification to gain access. Students can sign into their account on GET with their OneID and password.

Aggie OneCard’s are non-transferable. Cards in possession of anyone other than the registered cardholder will be confiscated and turned in to the Aggie OneCard Center or Campus Police and Dean of Students will be notified.
