Annual Giving Campaign Phonathon Program

Our eager Aggie Call Center representatives are ready to speak with you about all the exciting things happening at A&T and to update your alumni information, so answer the call and show your Aggie Pride in our Annual Giving Campaign! Gifts can be made to A&T through the Call Center by credit card, debit card, check, or Electronic Fund Transfer. We also work with donors to ensure we capture matching gift information.

Credit & Debit Cards: Donors may give to A&T by credit card through a safe and secure process. The Call Center Representative will ask only for the credit card’s type, number, expiration date, and the donor’s name as it appears on the card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express to process your gift right away.

Electronic Fund Transfer: (also referred to as an EFT or “processing your check over the phone”): Call Center Representatives can make your gift giving easy by setting up your payment directly through a bank account. To process your gift, the Call Center Representative will ask only for the bank name, the account number, and the routing number printed on the bottom of your check. With the Electronic Fund Transfer option, your gift can be postdated and drafted at a later date before the end of the fiscal year.

Pledge: A&T supporters can make a pledge if they prefer to give by mail. We will send a pledge confirmation with a postage paid envelope, which can be used to send back a check or provide credit card or bank draft information. When making a pledge we encourage you to review your budget and commit to an amount that you will be able to fulfill by the end of the fiscal year so that A&T will know how to budget for upcoming initiatives. We are really counting on your support!

Matching Gifts: When making a gift, please provide employer information so the Call Center Representative can work with you to set up a matching gift to double or triple the contribution made to A&T.

Paying with debit, credit, or EFT allows A&T to fund ongoing priorities right away, and it also helps with our efforts to go green by saving on paper and postage when sending information through the mail. The Call Center Representative you speak with will send an email confirmation to you immediately following your phone call. The email will also contain a link to support with a gift online if you choose to do so.

The Call Center Representatives at the Aggie Call Center are able to set up payment options based on your requested amount, frequency, and method. Our gift processors can also designate a gift in honor or memory of someone at your request. Your support can be designated to programs that you are most passionate about including scholarships, athletic teams, and/or academic departments.
