| On behalf of the Student Government Association of North Carolina A&T state University, we would like to welcome a former provost, dean, and more importantly alumni back to this university, as our new Chancellor. During a time when decreasing enrollment, academic retention and economic uncertainty plagues this university, we are confident that Chancellor Martin is best to lead our students.
