Attire

Full academic regalia is required to participate in the ceremony. Students without academic regalia will not be allowed to participate.

Women wear dark dresses, dark shoes, no high collars or bows at the neck and no corsages or jewelry on the robe.

Men wear white shirts, dark tie, dark trousers, socks, and dress shoes.

Cap and Gown

All graduating seniors may pick up their caps and gowns from the Bookstore starting Tuesday, May 1, 2007.  If you have any questions, please call the Bookstore at 334.7593.

Candidates for degrees wear the black mortarboard with a tassel that is the distinctive color of the degree being received.
