On Saturday, December 16, 2006, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University's Annual Fall Commencement was streamed live on the Internet from the Greensboro Coliseum. Dr. Velma Speight-Buford , the Chair of the University's Board of Trustees, served as the Commencement speaker.
