The Center for Advanced Transportation Mobility (CATM) will hold its annual symposium from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, in the Alumni Foundation Event Center. The Honorable Anthony R. Foxx, U.S. Secretary of Transportation (2013-17), will deliver the keynote address. The Center for Advanced Transportation Mobility (CATM) is a University Transportation Center funded by a 2016 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation.  The center is led by North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University includes researchers from the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the University of the District of Columbia. The symposium is designed to bring together researchers, faculty, staff, students, practitioners, and other transportation stakeholders in an effort to disseminate the activities taking place within CATM.
