The Interdisciplinary Waste Management Institute (WMI) will hold the 2017 Waste Management Institute Certificate Ceremony at 2 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2017, in the General Classroom Building, room A218. The ceremony will honor Interdisciplinary Waste Management Institute Certificate Graduates and Multi-Dimensional/Interdisciplinary Scholars. Desiree Gordon, alumna and program manager for NOAA Environmental Compliance and Safety Assessment System will deliver the keynote address. The WMI certificate highlights the training of students in Environmental Security and Waste Management issues. The certificate adds value to undergraduate and graduate training.
