PCard Links

The PCard is the primary purchasing method for goods and services under $2,500. Purchasing rules and regulations apply to the PCard.

If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns about the PCard process, please refer to the information contained on this site before contacting Purchasing.

If your department does not already have a PCard, please review all of the information on our site and submit the proper applications to purchasing. This will allow you to receive your card as close to your training date as possible.

To apply for a PCard, print the application and send it to the Purchasing Department. When your card is received, you will be contacted by email with training information.
