Payroll Deduction Instructions

Faculty and Staff who currently uses payroll deduction as a payment method for this year will automatically be renewed as part of the automatic renewal process. No additional action is needed unless:

  •  You no longer want to participate in the Payroll Deduction Program
  •  Your current information on file has changed
  •  You would like an upgrade/downgrade to your current parking status i.e. upgrade from surface lot to deck,  or request a reserve space (based on availability)

To make changes to your status please follow the below instructions:

  1. Click on the below link.   Payroll deduction form will appear.
  2. Complete the entire form
  3. Click Submit button
  4. Select Desktop Email, NCATPARK will appear in to box
  5. Press send and data will be automatically transmitted  to Parking Services
  6. If you require a copy please print the form before transmitting
  7. Should you have any problems with these procedures please contact 285-2027/2026
