As one of the functional areas within the Office of University Relations, the Publications program aims to raise the general awareness and perceived value of the university to local, national and international audiences. This is achieved through printed materials and graphic identity, including but not limited to periodicals, reports, brochures, graphic symbols, website development and other mediums that serve to enhance the university.
The Publications staff works with units across the university to gather information and produce the following:
- The Aggie Report, a biweekly newsletter for employees of the university
- A&T Today, a biannual magazine that features university, student, employee and alumni initiatives and achievements
- Chancellor’s Annual Report, highlights the university and its donors
- Graphic and Editorial Standards and Guidelines, a guide for maintaining a consistent visual brand identity
Photographic support is also provided for capturing NC A&T’s exceptional students, employees, alumni, events and settings for current uses and archived materials.
