Hurricane Katrina Scholarship Fund

The North Carolina A&T University Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing financial assistance to students with financial need resulting from Hurricane Katrina in the federally designated disaster area.

Many students need financial assistance to continue their education. Let’s give them that opportunity at North Carolina A&T State University.

We have a more than 30 students who are attending North Carolina A&T State University from the Hurricane Katrina area.

These students are out-of-state students whose parents and others have helped with their education, and currently have no homes, jobs or assets.

Continuing their education is our best answer to address the devastation in their lives.

Individuals and others also are encouraged to contribute towards the educational assistance fund, as every dollar will make a difference in the life of some young person.
