Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated Endowed Scholarship

The following is an agreement between the Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated and the North Carolina A&T University Foundation, Inc. setting forth the principles of operation for the Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated Endowed Scholarship Fund.
1. Hereafter, The Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated Endowed Scholarship Fund shall be referred to as "The Fund" and the North Carolina A&T University Foundation, Inc. shall be referred to as the "Foundation."
2. The Fund shall be invested by the Foundation. Funds not awarded annually will be reinvested into the principal. The awards shall be made in accordance with the foundation’s spending policy. Additional contributions may be made by interested persons or other organizations.
3. The university’s scholarship office will administer the scholarship with applications taken annually. A committee appointed by the Scholarship Office shall review the applications and select the recipient(s).

Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated Endowed Scholarship Criteria

Scholarship awards will be made based on the following criteria:
• Admission to North Carolina A&T State University and enrollment as a full time undergraduate student
• Maintain minimum 2.8 GPA and SAT score of 1000 (Math + Verbal)
• Applicants must have Sophomore or Junior standing and is eligible to receive funds up to three years
• Applicants will be selected from any discipline

The Foundation shall provide an annual notification to the Greensboro Chapter, The Links, Incorporated. The notification shall include The Fund’s status, performance, awards and other pertinent information.

If future circumstances prevent The Fund from being used according to the above criteria, the Foundation’s Board of Directors reserves the right to modify this agreement in the best interest of the university.
