The Friends of the School of Education Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Friends of the School of Education Endowed Scholarship Fund was established the 26th day of August, 1997 by Mrs. Anne Graves Kornegay.

The purpose of this fund is to recruit prospective undergraduate students pursuing a degree in teaching through the School of Education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Students must be those entering the freshman year.

The North Carolina A&T University Foundation, Inc. will serve as trustee of the Fund. In this regard, the Foundation will invest the funds and handle all disbursements upon recommendation of the Scholarship Committee of the School of Education and the Friends.

The Friends of the School of Education Endowed Scholarship Criteria

The scholarship from the Friends of the School of Education Endowed Scholarship Fund will be awarded to deserving students as determined by the Scholarship Committee of the School of Education in concert with criteria established by Friends of the School of Education.

• Students pursuing a degree in teaching through the School of Education
• Students must be entering the freshmen year.
