Local Engineer Wins Modern Day Technology Leader Award David Rhodes, of East Providence, R.I., a software engineer in the Sensors and Sonar Systems Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, was recently named a winner of the Modern Day Technology Leader Award.
