PRIVATE TUTORING
Instructional Technology Services and Distance Education (ITSDE) and the Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) are offering free online tutoring services to distance education students for the 2016-2017 academic year. North Carolina A&T State University has partnered with Tutor Matching Service (TMS) to help students find, schedule, and book tutoring sessions virtually. Through a web-based tutoring platform, distance education students have access to private online tutoring services offered by certified tutors in the TMS online network. Services are available to distance education students at no charge for the Spring 2017 semester.
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are available to you Monday thru Thursday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sundays 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We are open on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for individual appointments.
MENTORING PROGRAMS
- S.I.S.T.E.R.S. (Students Inspiring Success Through Education Reform & Service)
S.I.S.T.E.R.S. is a mentoring program designed to promote the overall academic and social development of first year female students at North Carolina A&T State University. This program fosters intellectual, personal and professional growth.
