Who We Are
The Department of Applied Engineering Technology offers comprehensive undergraduate and graduate degree programs leading to the BS Degree in Applied Engineering Technology, BS Degree in Motorsports Technology, and MS Degree in Technology Management. 

The degree programs are accredited by the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE).  Our graduates are working for the following companies: John Deere, Lockheed Martin, Cummins, Caterpillar, Rockwell Collins, Cargill, Eaton Corp., Lowe’s, Mannington, Xerox, 3M, Milliken, British Aerospace Electronics (BAE) Systems, Pratt & Whitney, PepsiCo, and many others.

N.C. A&T to Honor Ronald McNair; NASA Official to Keynote

N.C. A&T State University will host the 32nd annual Ronald E. McNair Celebration Luncheon at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Jan. 26, in the Alumni-Foundation Event Center. The annual event honors the life and legacy of alumnus Ronald E. McNair, who tragically died in the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster.

N.C. A&T Moves into Top 2 Percent in UI GreenMetric Ranking

For the first time since being included among ranked schools, N.C. A&T State University has ranked in the top 2 percent internationally for university sustainability by Universitas Indonesia’s GreenMetric Ranking of World Universities.
