Corporations: Putting Education into Practice

Education is always important, but in today’s economy, education with subsequent employment is priority number one. Our students graduate with knowledge and ambition to put their education to work, which is why your involvement with our university is so important.

There are many ways your company can become involved, and we welcome your partnership as we educate and graduate these young people.

Visit

We welcome a visit from your company! There is no better way to get a feel for our vibrant campus, and unique culture than to see it for yourself. Please join us for a tour and a get-acquainted meeting. Meet with faculty, administrators and interact with our student body.

Exhibit

Let’s work together to create opportunities for your company to interact with our bright, motivated students. We have many options during the academic year for you to showcase your organization, its products and services, and employment opportunities. Contact us to learn more about putting a face with the name of your company.

Collaborate

Does your organization face engineering challenges? Partner with our students and faculty to solve your engineering problems while providing real-world experience to students. The cost is nominal to participate, project lengths vary according to your needs, and we work with you every step of the way to make sure your objectives are achieved.

Financial Support

When corporations make financial gifts to the Department of Computer Science, we provide programming, tools and experiences that we wouldn’t normally be able to afford. This translates into a better learning experience and increased student engagement. We are very effective teachers, but your additional financial support greatly complements the classroom experience.

Scholarship

If your company is looking for an ongoing, impactful presence here in the Department of Computer Science, consider establishing a scholarship. We will work with you to define criteria and promote your generosity to students for years to come.

Thank you for your involvement with N.C. A&T. We are proud to call you our partner in the education of our young people.
