2016 Namaskar WinnerCongratulations to Madeline Keefer our 2016 Namaskar winner. The purpose of the award is to provide each year a tangible recognition of a graduating senior engineering student who has excelled as a scholar, and has demonstrated qualities of professionalism and leadership as an undergraduate student.  It is in- tended to draw attention to the importance of excellence in engineering and to encourage students to strive for excellence in their endeavors.

N.C. A&T Professor Named Program Director at National Science Foundation

A&T State University, the National Science Foundation (NSF) has tapped Tonya Smith-Jackson, Ph.D., to serve as a program director for the Computer & Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Directorate’s Division of Information and Intelligent Systems (IIS).
