MAT-BE Admissions Information

Admission Criteria

To be eligible to apply for the MAT degree, you must have…

  •   Bachelor degree in a business discipline (or a bachelor degree with at least 24 credits of business coursework with grades of C or better) from an AACSB-accredited college or university
  •   Minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 2.80
  •   Two years of full-time business work experience (can be supplemented with directed work experience)
  •   Well-written letter of intent outlining your career goals in business education 
  •   Recommendations documenting your readiness for graduate work 
  •   No current teaching licensure (other than temporary)
  •   No felony convictions

Tuition and Fees

Re-Enrollment
If you were previously admitted to the program and taken NOT MORE THAN ONE SEMESTER away from your coursework, you can complete a one-page re-enrollment form to reactivate your current student status. If you have not been enrolled for two or more semesters, you will need to complete re-apply for admission to the program.
