The
primary role
of the Procurement
office is to
consult with
University personnel
when they are
considering purchasing
a new computer(s),
upgrading and
existing computer(s)
and acquiring
a printer(s)
for University-related
business.
All faculty and staff purchases for computer software,
hardware
and related
equipment are
required to have
an ITT Procurement Approval Form attached before
being sent to
the Purchasing department.
Other functions
of ITT Procurement:
maintain software
licensing
for the university
develop policy and procedures for computing on campus
maintain
the computer hardware inventory for the ITT
Department
establish
standards for hardware and software purchases
