  • The Office of ITT Procurement is positioned under the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

  • The staff is comprised of three (3) members:

  • The primary role of the Procurement office is to consult with University personnel when they are considering purchasing a new computer(s), upgrading and existing computer(s) and acquiring a printer(s) for University-related business.


  • All faculty and staff purchases for computer software, hardware and related equipment are required to have an ITT Procurement Approval Form attached before being sent to the Purchasing department.


  • Other functions of ITT Procurement:
    • maintain software licensing for the university

    • develop policy and procedures for computing on campus

    • maintain the computer hardware inventory for the ITT Department

    • establish standards for hardware and software purchases
