Interview Questions
Recommended by an Alumnus |
- What are your plans for involvement with the Students? (Students have
issues and suggestions, but they believe they fall on deaf ears.
Maybe suggestion boxes and Monthly Staff Meetings should be conducted
to discuss top issues. Students can be used to compile the issues and rank them by some
type of system.)
- How will you get involved with Alumni? (Availability for Chapter
Meetings, Bi-Annual Meetings with Alumni, etc.)
- What are you plans for Community Involvement?
- What is your Vision for the University?
- Explain in detail some of the
things you did in your past Leadership Role that advanced the Vision
of your Job or Organization?
- How can we help you be successful if you are chosen to lead
this great Institution?
- What are your plans to ensure that the Community, County,
State, Nation and World know NCA&T? (How will we become
more visible with individuals and Corporations?)
- How do you plan to Lead? (Solicit ideas from others, or
take charge and implement your own plans without help?)
- How did you Lead in the past? Any Lessons Learned that
you can use to improve?
