Strongly recommend committee to consider a candidate who is:
- a female
- from a non-HBCU community
- from the corporate environment (non-educational
environment)
- And/or a proven leader by sound and thorough background
investigations
Chancellor Search Committee should be:
- skilled to select a qualified Chancellor
For the way ahead, the Board of [Trustees], new Chancellor and top
faculty and student leaders should attend a retreat early to
accomplish:
- Making A&T the best University it can be
- Building a unified Team
at all levels and areas within and outside the University
- Charting the
course forward with all on board-being one family
