Objectives
The five objectives of the Business Education program are to provide:

1. Students with a liberal education and an understanding of a common

body of business knowledge.

2. Business-oriented curricula to majors preparing for business teaching

careers in public and private schools and for business careers

as administrative systems managers, office systems specialists,

information managers, and entrepreneurs.

3. Opportunities for students to develop an appreciation for the lifelong

learning process needed to meet immediate as well as future

demands.

4. State-of-the-art equipment, courseware, and software to ensure that

students develop current skills and knowledge.

5. Opportunities for students to apply their skills and knowledge through

cooperative training in businesses and not-for-profit
