The Office of Student Financial Aid administers a variety of scholarship programs that recognize superior academic achievement, leadership qualities, and potential contribution to the scholarly community of the University.
Every academic year, in conjunction with North Carolina A&T State University Schools & Colleges, our University Scholarship Office selects and awards recipients for endowed scholarships as funding permits. Endowed scholarships are established through private donations to the University. First preference is given to students who complete applications between November 1st through February 1st for each upcoming year. Award amount vary from one scholarship to another and from year to year.

As funding becomes available throughout the academic year you may be considered for general scholarship funding based upon the criteria for that award. An application is not required and award amounts will vary. Please keep in mind that satisfactory academic progress and a completed FAFSA for the current academic year are required.
North Carolina A&T State University has a mission and commitment to aggressively recruit and retain students from all segments of society. Consideration for the scholarship requires the following:
Must be a North Carolina resident
Must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Must have a completed FAFSA on file
Must be enrolled full time
Note: African-Americans cannot be considered for this scholarship
