The Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and is charged with the coordination and implementation of the undergraduate programs, the Title III HBCU Program, the EPA Affirmative Action Program, the Faculty Development Program, and the Student Evaluation Process. The Office also performs other assignments (i.e., coordination of undergraduate bulletin, policy development, and North Carolina A&T directory), as designated by the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The Air Force and Army ROTC Programs and the Enhanced Skills Program are under the auspices of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. The mission of the Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for
Academic Affairs for Undergraduate Programs is to support the academic
program through the administration of undergraduate programs,
Affirmative Action, Title III and initiatives associated with faculty
and staff development. Moreover, these activities support instruction
and learning to provide impetus for innovations by encouraging the use
of new and/or improved strategies of teaching/ researching/learning and
ensuring equity in employment.
