G1: Management Skills 
Provide a creative environment that nurtures and prepares students to enter the fields of Construction Management.
 
G2: Critical Competencies 
Provide an environment for CM majors  to develop critical competencies in the sciences, mathematics, and technical specialties.

G3: Communication 
Produce Construction Management graduates with a high level of oral and written communication skills necessary to produce and interpret business and technical reports.

G4: Careers 
Produce well prepared Construction Management graduates to enter careers in business, industry and/or government positions.
