A&T ‘s School of Nursing located in Greensboro, North Carolina is preparing students to become professional nurses by providing knowledge and skill sets needed for the next generation of nursing leaders. We currently offer three ways to enter our program:
- Traditional BSN Entry Option for new freshmen and transfer students
- Accelerated BSN Option (ABSN) for those with a non-nursing bachelors degree
- BSN Completion (BSNC) Option for registered nurses with an associates degree
For 20 years North Carolina A&T State University professor Gail Wiggins has been one of the driving forces and coordinators of the university’s annual National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) Multimedia Short Course.
Dr. Musibau Shofoluwe, professor of Technology at North Carolina A&T State University, has been awarded a fellowship by the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program to travel to Nigeria.
In a White House release on May 5, President Barack Obama announced his intent to appoint North Carolina A&T State University alumnus and Board of Trustee member, Janice Bryant Howroyd, to serve on the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).
