The mission of the Center for Behavioral Health and Wellness is to provide community-focused, evidence-based, and culturally-competent behavioral health services through the integration of best practice research, training, and technical assistance.
We strive to serve our community in three special ways:
- Behavioral health services: We provide community-based assessment and treatment services, including both mental health and substance abuse services, for individuals and families across the lifespan
- Research and program evaluation: We provide applied research and evaluation expertise in partnership with community-based agencies.
- Training and technical assistance: We offer training opportunities to community-based providers that builds the capacity to deliver evidence-based services
