Biography:
Dr King received her Ph.D. from Duke University. She has been published in journals such as the The Caribbean Journal of Finance and Management, The Journal of Black Studies, World Transport, Policy and Practice, and The Pennsylvania Economic Review. She has been a Fulbright Scholar to Barbados, West Indies, a Scholar in Residence for the Central Intelligence Agency and an Intergovernmental Scholar for the Environmental Protection Agency. She is an active member of the American Economic Association, the North American Association for Environmental Educators, and the American Statistics Association.
