Biography:

Dr. Swan received his S.J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law; his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School; and his B.A. from The Ohio State University. He has been published in journals such as the McGill Law Journal, and the American Bar Association Journal. He is a member in good standing of the Financial Planning Association, and of the Society of Financial Planning Professionals. He is a Certified Financial Planner.
