Biography:

Mary R. Lind’s research focuses on the areas of technology enabled team collaboration and the impact of technology on firm performance and service quality. She has published in Organization Science, Management Science, Information Systems Research, Information and Management, IEEE Transactions in Engineering Management, Work Study, International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management, and the European Journal of Information Systems.Additional Information:

She has been a faculty member at NCA&T since 1985.
