Biography:

Ms. Fleming earned her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and received her J.D. from North Carolina Central University. She clerked for the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. She also practiced as a commercial litigation attorney for 6 years.
