Dr. Hayward Andres is currently an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems in the Department of Management at North Carolina A&T State University. He received his undergraduate degree for Southern University in New Orleans. He earned his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems at Florida State University. His current research focuses on cognitive and social aspects of learning, technology-mediated collaboration, team-based problem solving, enterprise systems, knowledge management, and project management. His research has been published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, Information Resources Management Journal, Journal of End User Computing, International Journal of e-Collaboration, International Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Information technology Project Management, Journal of Information Systems Education, Journal of Educational Technology Systems, Journal of Managerial Psychology, and Team Performance Management.
