Biography:
Dr. Romero received Ph.D. and M.A degrees in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; a M.A. degree in Economics from Texas Tech University; and a B.Sc. degree, also in Economics, from The University of the Americas, in Puebla, Mexico. His current research involves Migrant Selectivity, the Modeling of Rates and Proportions, and the use of Misspecification Testing for the evaluation of econometric models.
