Biography:
Dr. Coley received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, his M.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his B.S. from North Carolina A&T State University. His administrative experience includes: Acting Director of the Transportation Institute, Interim Chair of the Department of Business Education and Chairperson of the Department of Economics. Dr. Coley has published in journals such as World Transport Policy and Practice, The Western Journal of Black Studies, San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review. Also, he has secured many funded projects which resulted in the publication of many research booklets under the N.C.A&T State University Research Bulletin Series. He is a member of the American Economic Association, International Atlantic Economic Society and the Caribbean Studies Association.
