Biography:
Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, M.S. from the New Mexico State University, and B.S. from the National Taiwan University. His recent publications appear in Southern Business Review and Journal of Transportation Management. He is an active member of the American Economic Association, Southern Economic Association, Midwest Economics Association, and American Agricultural Economics Association.
