In accordance with the mission of the University and with the broad tradition of education, we strive to produce individuals with analytical and decision-making skills, the ability to develop strategies for action in education institutions and business organizations, competence in communication skills, the ability to assess and improve their personal development, a global perspective and appreciation of diversity, and motivation to continue life long intellectual growth.
