Tours run from 8:30 a.m. to noon weekdays in September, October, April and May.
The tour is $2 per student. Provisions can be made for students who cannot provide the fee, by contacting program organizers
Advance registration is required.
Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.

- Include the total number of students from each class.
- Once the registration is processed, a confirmation packet with directions and logistics will be mailed to you. Double check the date and time of your visit.
Groups of more than 30 students will be divided into smaller tours. The preferred minimum size is 18 students; up to 100 students per day can be accommodated. Home school students and other small, school groups are generally accommodated by scheduling with other small groups.
Schools must provide enough chaperones for a 1-to-10, staff-to-child ratio. Chaperones must remain with the students for the entire tour.
A University consent, release, and waiver of liability form must be signed by the parent(s) or guardian(s) of all participating students. The forms are included in the confirmation packet. No child may participate in the tour without the completed forms (Parental Consent Form).
If a visit must be cancelled, please notify Discover Agriculture organizers at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event a tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other factors, organizers will do their best to reschedule the tour.
